Man Arrested for Driving While Standing Up Through Sunroof
Arizona driver arrested after standing through sunroof while speeding 79 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 60 Freeway

Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) officers arrested Richard Anthony Flores Jr., 25, of Chandler on two counts of reckless driving and one count of criminal speed and booked him into the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix.
According to the Arizona DPS, the criminal charges stem from three specific incidents. During the first incident, Flores was driving his vehicle at 90 mph in a 65 mph zone. During the other two incidents, Flores was driving above the posted speed limit while standing through his open sunroof on the US 60 Freeway.
Each time he was the sole occupant of the car.
